The IMAGINE project aims to propose a suitable approach to enhance competitiveness in a high-quality industrial sector (fashion, including textile, clothes, shoes and tanneries) as well as in the other “typical” traditional sectors that characterise the whole European productive system, to make it more integrated and booster towards external competitors.
The main outcomes of the project are:
- EMAS Registration of 12 organizations participant to the project,
- Acquisition of the Recognition for APO of the Committee Ecolabel Ecoaudit for the four involved clusters;
- Activity of formation and information in other four European district (operating in the fashion chain) for the diffusion of the “EMAS Network Approach”;
- 4 LCA (Life Cycle Analysis) for the charactering products of the cluster;
- 4 EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) for the charactering products of the cluster;
- A “Manual of sustainability” for the characteristic products of the four clusters, to promote the “traceability” of the product.
